Is The Life PM life coaching?

No. The Life PM is structured project management applied to personal life, money and family systems. The approach is diagnostic and systems-based: identify what is structurally broken, then build the framework to fix it. It is practical and implementation-focused, not therapeutic or advisory.

What is the difference between The Project House and The Life PM?

The Project House is the B2B consulting arm, serving organisations, SMEs, entrepreneurs and family offices with corporate project management and process design. The Life PM is the personal consulting arm, working 1-to-1 with individuals and families on money systems, household operating systems and life design.

How long does a typical engagement last?

It depends on the package. Entry-level diagnostic sessions are 1 hour. Full system overhauls run across 10 hours of sessions, typically delivered weekly over 4 to 8 weeks with client work between sessions to embed the systems in practice.

How do I know which service is right for me?

Start with a free 30-minute diagnostic call. We identify what is actually broken and recommend the right service fit. We never recommend a package before understanding your specific situation.

Does The Project House work remotely?

Yes. Sessions are primarily delivered remotely, enabling us to work with clients across the UK, UAE, Nigeria and internationally.
